My car was towed to volkswagen klerksdorp after being ther about two weeks ago they did adaption drive on the car. Thereafter it started showing a workshop error message about a week ago. They took my car, left me stranded and just said "unfortunately we cannot guarantee mobility" why the hell then buy a new car that gives you countless problems and is more with the dealerships then with you and still they tell you **** like cannot guarantee mobility. The Dealership at Klerksdorp is very accommodating by offering me a courtesy vehicle, but I have to go get it myself(the dealership is 215ks away from where I stay) how the F am i supposed to get there without a car? Volkswagen SA should really pull up their socks, they are the ****** worst people to deal with when u have a problem
