Continuous breaking of brand new polo

<p>Bought a brand new Vivo Max it has 30 000km and has been in for repair 5 times. 4 of them for the same vault. Their excuse to me is that things now a days are not build to last and they are only responsible to repair the car and sell the car. Ive been calling for a week now to make an appointment for parts that have arrived and they keep on saying they will call me back. I have not heard anything of them. So now the car is going in for the 6th time within a year and a half. Very shocked with the quality of car that I got from the as well as service. I am very disappointed in this as the car broke the first time before it went for its first service</p>
