Constant Steering Wheel Failure - 20012 VW Passat DSG 2L TDI

Good day, Could someone please put me in contact with a customer care of Volkswagen South Africa. My steering wheel electronics have failed now for the 3rd time, which means the besides having no hooter or command buttons, my airbag will fail in an accident. I have had it repaired but to have this problem every year is insane.
