Constant bull**** from Volkswagen East Rand Mall and upsetments with my polo at Master Cars East Rand Mall!

<p>I am at my absolute wits end with Volkwagen East Rand Mall (Lindsay Saker) and Master Cars East Rand Mall. I bought my VW Polo 1.4 Tredline in May 2015 (yes only last year) and it had 24,000kms on the clock. It now has 33,000kms on the clock. FIRST problem when I bought the car was the incorrect tyres were on the car and the wrong spare tyre was in the car too. Thank God I have a man in my life because being a woman you dont know to check these things. He took my car back to Master Cars East Rand Mall and made a scene and then they sorted out the problem. This ****es me off becuase why the hell do they take advantage of a woman who is stupid to these things! SECONDLY, when I bought the car I noticied that the cubby hole was cracked and the rep (Brillaince) said to me that no I must not worry about because it was covered with my bumper to bumper warranty and I just have to submit a cliam and they would fix it. Ok fine, I didnt argue and went this route only to be told by bumper to bumper that this was not covered. ONCE AGAIN they take the **** of me being a woman and bull**** me all the way. My man got involved again and had a rant with the Manager at Master Cars (Assisf) and only becuase my man made a scene and they knew they were in the wrong, once again did it get sorted! NOW FOR MY FIANL STRAW WITH VW! Firstly I am the only person who drives my car, I have had it for a year and 4 months and it is only a 2013 model. I dont have children and people climbing in and out my car, it is only me 99% of the time. Last week I come home from the shop and I had one bag of shopping on my back seat. I opened the back passenger door to take out the shopping and BAM the whole ****ING DORR HANDLE IS OFF!!!! Now please tell me how the hell this happens to a car I have had for a year and a half and that is only a 2013 model? But wait it gets better. I phone VW and they yes dont stress I am sure your warranty covers it, bring your car in and we will sort it out. So ASSHOLE here takes an entire day's leave from work to go to VW East Rand Mall. Once again I am there on my own and they see the perfect opportunity! I waited over and hour for them to look at the door handle and then they come out to tell me that some clip (who knows what they are taking about) has come out and I must go home and look for the clip and if I cant find it then it is going to cost R2018.00 to fix!!!! I am very sorry but nothing shot out from the door. I opened my door and the handle was off in my hand, nothing came flying past me OH AND THE BEST PART IS, its not covered by the warranty. I am slo a petite woman so unless I developed super powers overnight, I dont see how an entire door handle just comes off? I am tired of this! VW can take this car back and shove it. I have nothing but problems with VW, their service and their bull****! I am reporting this to MFC becuase here I am paying nearlly 4K a month for this car, which essentially belongs to them, and I am actullay just paying for a peice of **** they have sold me. You pay a dam fortune for a "good quality car" and you actually just end up with a peice of **** and peice of **** service too. </p>
