Consistent Terrible Service VW Princes Benoni

I don't even know where to start....... really so disappointed with VW Princes Benoni. I bought a new Polo TSI from them 3 months ago. Just to add this car was bought cash and I spent over R315 000 on this car. The service I received from the start was really disappointing. The sales person that I saw was still new and this was his first car sale, and to be honest he didn't even have to work very hard for the sale as I knew exactly what I wanted. Where the bad service started to creep in is when he advised that the car would be with the dealership over the weekend as I went in on the Thursday to purchase the car. The car was never ordered as advised and I had to keep calling him to find out what was happening. Eventually the car was sorted and arrived almost a week later. I was asked to sign all the paperwork and the review of this sales person was hidden away between a pile of papers that he asked me to sign. I gather he completed it afterwards and gave himself a good score. On delivery of the car he did not even explain anything regarding the car, something that should have been a great experience for me he ruined completely. I then received a follow up call from VW where I explained my disappointment, they got the same person to call me who I really did not even want to speak to. To add insult to injury I asked him to order a bonnet guard for me, which after 3 months I still don't have. It was never ordered and we then spoke to the head of Sales for that branch who also promised that they would order the guard for us which did not happen. I then had to take my car in last week Monday to eventually fit the guard they ordered *which we called about making sure it was the right one* surprise surprise when we got there to have it fitted it was for the incorrect car. The head of sales then advised that he would call us back to confirm when it would be there and added that it was not an emergency. Really! after being treated in this manner from the start I think it is an emergency buddy. Still no call from him and it is now two weeks later. All I can say is that I will never ever buy from VW Princes Benoni again. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. I am still waiting for VW South Africa to call me regarding this. I really would have thought that I would be treated better considering that no financing was needed and I knew exactly what I wanted. I subsequently bought a second car from Nissan Benoni and the service was absolutely terrific. VW Princes Benoni I think you guys seriously need to go to Nissan and see what customer service is all about.
