Completely unacceptable
Good day,

I honestly loved Volkswagen until recently.

My vehicle was taken for a service on 24 March 2015 and collected the very same day. Everything was an absolute dream, from the service to the representative that assisted me. I had a few special request added to my service and one of them was to check whether my vehicle had ever been in an accident as I bought it second hand from Inspectacar. They did an inspection and the vehicle passed, as it was never in an accident.

On the 8 April 2015 it was raining quite heavily( I Never drive in the rain) I was at a take away restaurant, whilst reversing I noticed the rear roof lining and seats were wet. I contacted my dealer where I bought the car as I was concerned. The dealer and I made arrangements for the vehicle to go in for inspection on the 16 April 2015. I received a call from the dealer on the morning of the 16 April 2015 stating that VW compiled a report and it was found that the leak is coming from the rear antenna and VW will not be covering the replacement as I bumped my car on the roof. Firstly There is no Damages to my Antenna it still looks new. How can VW accuse me of this?

I will be seeking Legal advice
