<div>My vw polo car was due for a service on the 18/02/19 and my service plan is innovations from MFC, after the service is done I've experience a squeaky sound coming from my car and at first when I took the car it didn't have such problems and when I took it back to vw Constantia today 12/03/2019 they tell me it's water pump, after few hours I've contacted them just to check if my car is ready they then telling me they must open the engine it's no longer the water pump it is now the engine, I'm very annoyed about their service they fiddle around with my car and now I can't get any assistance Im looking for, I've communicated with my service provider innovation, VW SA and VW Constantia manager...</div>
