Complaint - Kelston VW Uitenhage

Good day I would like to lodge a complaint about Kelston VW Uitenhage. I have encountered issues with them resulting to my car not being fixed with for about 5 months until today. We have been waiting for a part for over 5 months . no communication , poor client care . They have caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
