Complaint

During October 2019 I purchased a VW Tiguan TSI All Space (white) at VW MCCarthy Witbank. I was assisted by Daniel Mbuyani (sales person) throughout the whole process. The dealership was supposed to change the car registration on my behalf. So Daniel advised me to change the car registration at my expense because they didn't have someone who would assist them to change the registration to North West. The dealership promised to refund me the whole amount I spent to change the car registration. So It has been 11 months waiting for my refund. All they do is promise that it will reflect in my account. I called VW Witbank Manager about the issue but he was also of no assistance. I am determined to take further actions as VW Witbank has failed to adhere to the Consumer Protection Act.
