Complaint

It is actually appalling that in this day and age you get a sense of bad service in a company where you actually pay for the services. VW Klerksdorp seems to live in a stone age where you feel inferior because you cannot speak Afrikaans in a country where a business language is actually English. If i had my way i would terminate my contract with VW.
