complain

hi there, i am Tshegofatso Molokomme and i am driving 2012 vw golf6 tsi comfort line,my big complain is every time when i take my car to mokokpane vw, i never got satisfied, last week on the 17th of February i took my car to mokopane vw for service, but instead of the car to be fixed it is more worse than it was, an the worse is that they said it is the full service and i paid a lot of money, whilst my car now is having an engine problem, so please help me, my contact details: ***, ***,
