Complain

I took my car to vw the Glen purchased break pads and dics from their dealership and requested them to fit them for me and there was a shadow when applying the breaks and they replaced them when asking why they replaced them, they couldn't give the exact reason. The shadow didn't disappear they told me it's because of the the break shoes and drums they replaced them, my car went into their dealership on 6 occasions in less than two months. I then called vw SA to intervene because when applying hand break there was a funny sound and decided to take my vehicle to another vw dealership where they picked up that the break shoes were not fitted according to spec, now I want them to refund me the money I paid the other dealership they are refusing
