Complain

I bought a brand new 2018 polo vivo on the 03/06/2018 from lannie motors tzaneen. After travelling 7000 kilos the car started to make noise on the front left and the front right window was making noise when closing and opening. I took the car to the dealer on the 28/08/2018, the Window was fixed but they couldn't fix the front left part as they couldn't diagnose the problem. I was told there will be no harm I can drive the car. After some few days the front right window was making the noise when closing the door and the front left part continued to be noisy. I took the car back the workshop manager diagnose the problem as engine mounting, they fixed the window and ordered the part. Also the bright lights were too high. I was told to go with the car and they called me for the car to be fixed after few days, the car was fixed but the bright lights were facing a bit to the left. After dring for a month or so, the car started to make the similar noise as stated above on the front left. I took it to the dealer and they diagnose it as steering rack and bolt joint. I complained to lannie motors and was told there is nothing they can do as a dealer they will honour the three year warranty and fix the car. I took the complain to VW SA as advised by lannie motors, WV SA said they will look in to it but can't promise me anything. The car got fixed and VW SA said they can't give me a new car but honour the three year warranty. As a customer I'm very hurt, it shows that in three to for years the car will give me much more problems
