Clutch Repairs

My Golf was towed in after breaking down. They told me the clutch was burnt and it wont be repaired under maintenance plan or warranty of which was strange for a new vehicle less than 6 months old. They told me I should pay the deposit for the parts to be replaced of R 25 000 of which I did. Then I always have to call them for status of the repairs, i get transferred and then the call hangs up. Eventually i got hold of the services manager Shaun, when i asked about the repairs he told me that they are waiting for parts and he does not know or have any ETA. So I have to wait not knowing when will my vehicle repairs be completed. Also, without any updates as I have been calling and sending emails to request for updates.
