Clutch Issues

<p>on the 6th of February 2017, i took my car to vw hatfield pretoria for my 35000km service. all went fine until i got my car back. the small issues i asked them to fix were not tended to but thats not the best of it, my clutch was very stiff after i had recieved the car back, so i complained about the service not only to the poeple who call you to see if you are satusfied but as well as to the branch itself, i was told to take my car to any other branch and they will give me a cusrtosy car. upon doing that non of them could help me with a curtosy car and i was told to wait. eventually vw hatfield said they could assist me with a curtosy car and i would only have to wait a few days. the car only went in today 05 April 2017, so now i get told if the clutch is burnt that i would have to pay for it from my own pocket. how would that work if i was waiting on them to firstly respond to my first complaint, which never happened, nor wold they want to assist me after i complained about the clutch. now that its a bigger issue than before they expect me to take responsibilty for it. if they had assisted me from day one of my complaint it would not be so serious. </p>
