Chips om vehicle

Bought a vehicle at the dealer a year ago, a few months down the line the paint on th car started to chip<br> Then dealer took it to get it sprayed a few monthsnlater the same thing happened the dealer then took to another penelbeater to have it sprayed again . Its not even three montha later the car has the same problem and the dealer will not help me now. Please assist me in the matter.
