chaotic administration

absolutely horrible admin and correspondence! If I had to choose a word to describe it, it is simply chaotic! It seems no one knows what they are doing and they have just replaced hopefully competent employees with anyone who would be available! I will make sure I never deal with VW again for my vehicle purchasing future! what a circus!
