<p>I bought a brand new volkswagen Tiguan from Volkswagen in Grahamstown in December 2016. I have only experienced problems with this car since the day i bought it. I have taken the car back to VW several times and they keep on saying that they will fic the problems under warranty. I just feel that its a brand new car and it is frustarting me to go back to them everytime. I had a simple request for VW. That they replace the car with a new one or that they take it back and settle the deal between myself and volkswagen finance. I was told that they have to honour their warranty policies. Tis mean that they have no regard for the Consumer Protection Act and for the Constitution of South Africa.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have my car back to Volkswagen Vereeniging and i have not heard back from them ever since. I dont have transport but yet I am paying for my car. I dont want the acr to be fixed or to be identified with Volkswagen. I want them to take their car back and that will be the end of our relationship.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
