Cars Electronics faulty

<p>Good Morning Sir/Madam</p> <p> </p> <p>I recently purchased purchased a brand new Polo Vivo GTS from "Fury Northcliff" on 20/06/2016, enjoyed the car for a short while i must say, during the month of August started hinting signs of a non start unforseen, now admittedly i never reacted on the problem, but it then persisted, because of panic i only called my salesperson but we never solved this problem because i reside far from Northcliff, fast forward from came my service due, i took the car in for service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Service was in Hatfield Pretoria,funny enough the car acts up right on queue for service but i was relieved that well its the last day hopefully that i will going through such. The in-house client service was great then saw it a chance to present my case, thinking this is service a proper diagnosis will be part of the service, my assigned Tech, a Mr Cliffort Marope told me it wil be covered as in he will get to it, funny enough literally 2 days after i start the car about to head to work, the car wont start, i immediately call Mr Marope, who said "I MUST MAKE A PLAN TO COME THROUGH TO VW HATFIELD maybe it's some electronics problem," which i had already suggested in the first place, how was i supposed to make a plan again ?, i was frantic to get to work so i supposedly "made a plan to get to work"now in my obviously small mind i would some 'VW assit" would be offered the the would be made aware any charge inclusive to take the car in or sometrhing of that sort.i'm disspapointed to say i saw myself again stranded inside my good looking GTS that just wont start.</p> <p>I love VOLKSWAGEN but truth be be told im properly dissapointed by all this very much ! im here left with my alternative which is to sell the car and go for a totally different brand definately not under VW AG. And what i'll again do i will share this experience with everybody thinking of purchasing a VW and work hard on discouraging it, just in favour of Volkswagen </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
