Car worse after going for service

Good day,<br> <br> I took in my car for a 71000km service at Heidelberg VW in Gauteng. I specifically requested they check, especially the brakepads and the clutch.<br> <br> When I collected the car, the message was that this car is OK but driving out it was very uncomfortable and I even had a diff-lock error.<br> <br> I expect the car to come out of the service better, but in this case it came out worse. I love VW but I absolutely recent the service I received
