Car was bumped at wash bay

Firstly I must mention that this has been going on for months, my interior lights had to be replaced and I needed a spare key as I was not given one when I purchased the vehicle. I have been following up myself and even went to the extent where I had to get the part numbers for your staff to order the parts for me. Vincent who is the salesman at used cars made all the promises of sorting it out but did nothing.I was then refered to another staff member who was supposed to assist me. Khulu, he assured me that he was on top of it. He arranged a spare key for me that was not coded which I understand there is a process in order to get it coded so I left it with him and waited for him to book an appointment for me which he assured will also be done. This was also another long process where I waited for weeks before I followed up again. Eventually I got a booking made for this past Monday (04/04/2016).I booked my car in as normal in the morning. I went back that afternoon to pick up my car. Waited a long time only for them to tell me that someone bumped my car. The initial work wasn't even completed. Waiting just over a week and no feedback yet. I am currently driving my car damaged
