Car service that made things worse instead of better.

<p>I took my car to VW strijdom park for a minor service on Saturday. Got my car same day,took a short drive home. When i was on my way to the mall in the afternoon,my car started shaking unbearably. Drove straight back to VW but they were closed @ the time. Took the car back in Monday morning and explained to them what the car was doing .They told me to take a seat as they inspect the car, it took an hour for them to get back to me and eventually when they did, the service consultanat told me the reason for the shake was a faulty coil and that for them to fix it ,I will have to pay an amount of R2000 . After talking to the manager ,the amount was brought down to R1100 after explaining to him my car never had this problem when i brought it in for service. I eventually paid the amount and took the car home only to find out later that the engine cover had been broken and the air filter had the same problem i had informed them about in the morning, This taking me back to VW AGAIN for the third time for a (minor service). Even after replacing the cover and air filter ,it was an experinced i never what to go through again.</p>
