Car Service complain

Am very disappointed about what Emerlo Volkswagen did with my car. My car was due for service at 90 000km, I took it to service at 93 300km. My car was working perfectly fine, with no issues till my car got serviced at Emerlo Volkswagen. The very same day I drove my car back to were I leave, the car was loosing power on an uphill driving 110km. On the dashboard it showed EPC sign, and I immediately called Emerlo Volkswagen and was told to bring in the car on Monday. Volkswagen said my car had parts that needed to be replaced which cost about R14 500, now my issue is that, even though those parts were not replaced, why is my car giving me such a problem yet wen I drove it to Volkswagen for service it was perfectly fine.

I truly wouldn't recommend anyone to go service their car there, reason being. On Monday wen I took the car back, there were 3 more Polo which had a problem exactly after servicing their car at Emerlo Volkswagen.

In the end, am now driving a car that might die anytime because of Emerlo Volkswagen l. I am truly disappointed.
