Car service

My husband purchased his VW from VW Mcdulings in Booysens at the time of the deal he was told that for all servicing they would fetch the vehicle and deliver it back ,He phoned about a year ago and a gentleman b6 the name o& Llewelyn was extremely , helpful and professional all went well ,,,,Llewelyn is no longer at that dealership and the car was due for a service about 3 weeks back , my husband spoke tonAlex and Melanie car collected , however a part needed to b3 ordered and would be there in 2 days , well they have promised to collect the car 6 times now , no one pitches , Melanie promises my husband that Alex would fetch the vehicle today nothing "......... I would call this very bad and unacceptable service from a VW dealership .
