Car returned 3 times after different servises

I always take my car to VW McCarthy(470 Church Street) since I bought it,The last 4 services was not so satisfactorily because I had to to return my car 3 times after different services, 4th last service after collecting my car there was a noise coming underneath the vehicle while I was driving and I returned it they noticed that the engine cover underneath was not properly fastened, My second last service after collecting the car again there was a funny noise coming from the engine my husband opened the bonnet to check if he can see something and indeed he noticed a loose bold and advised me to take the car back to the service provider, I took it back and the bolt was fastened, my husband advised me to take the car to a different VW supplier, but i insisted and took it again to McCarthy church street, My last service again I started hearing some noise coming from the bonnet and I contacted McCarthy, I spoke to Eric and he said he will arrange that I take my car to the nearest dealer which is Bronkhorstspruit I felt he did not take me serious and he did not do what he promised.Now there is a R34000 repairs that needs to be done and I feel that I am not entirely liable for this cost
