car radio

I bought a vw polo at lindysaker welkom (VW) I'm having trouble with the Bluetooth of the radio I went to the garage they can't help I've been going in n out the garage several times I'm really not happy with the service all I wanted was them replacing the radio I bought the car from Phillip Bosman the sales person is really not helping in any other matter I'm disappointed about the service and all I want is them replacing the car radio please help
