Car Overheating

I bought a polo 6 1.4 2013 model sometime in May 2017 from VW Gezina assisted by a guy Called Paul Bongani Twala, the first thing he did was to deliver my car days later than agreed and brought the car late at night. According to him he took the car in for valet on the weekend hence he brought it during the week since it had to dry. When I checked the car in the morning the following day it had wet paint, back seat was not in place, it had dents and the car was dirty. He then came to fetch the car for repairs, a month later the car started overheating and the airbag and he promised to book the car in but never did. I then spoke to his Manager called Mxolisi who promised the same thing but never delivered instead he keeps ignoring my calls or promise to call later but never does.
