Car not properly serviced

I had serviced my car last month early if i'm not mistaken, upon receiving it the same day after the sevice when I brake, it made a funny sound. The following day i monitored it to see if maybe the sound was gone and only to find out its still there and i wondered what is it for as it was not the brakes. I know the sound of the brakes that needs to be replaced, when the people from VW called me to conduct a satisfaction survey I then informed them and also people from Ipsos (Market research) also called me and i had also informed them which they immediately escalated and I was called immediately by the person who was servicing my car. He requested that I bring the car in to be checked again!!!<br> <br> Inconvinienced, I work in pretoria but for the two weeks I was booked and had to work in JHB. I could not find the time to send the car back as I had to drive to JHB everyday and did not have any other alternative transport to use. The sound continued until last week Tuesday when eventually there was a sign on a dashboard and when I check it said something about the coolant. Not sure if it was overheating but I was able to drive from work until I got home and let it cool down.
