Car not fixed, the tires changed and scratches

On march 27 2015<br> <br> I took my car witch is sill on its motor plan in for a routine service, when i came back to collect my car i was not satisfied with the service and the condition of my car. There were other tires on the car not the ones i gave the car in with, the car had scratches on it and the oil was leaking. I them addressed the service manager and told him i was not happy with the service i got he then tried to fix the scratches it was done very poorly and is still visible when i told them about my tires and the oil they said there is nothing they can do about it and if i leave my car there they will charge me for the nights parking.<br> <br> I am Korean my English is not that bad the manager very rudely waved me off and told me to come back with an interpreter, I would like to say i have not only bought one new car there but two in the last 2 years and this is no way to treat a customer.<br> <br>
