Car less than a year - EPC & engine light - Jerks and Switches off while driving

I bought my VW Taigo in March 2023.

End April 2023, an EPC light went on and I called roadside assistance. I was instructed to go to the nearest VW which was Constantia Kloof in Roodepoort. I arrived there for them to assist me and I was told it was "Software update" that was required and they had removed the warning light.

I said ok, I took the car and continued with my life.

On driving the car from that time I noticed many issues and that's when I took the car to Lindsay Saker Vereeniging on 27/10/2023. The following issues were reported to VW: Sound on front wheel while driving which I suspected was my wheel bearings

When stepping on the breaks the car cuts power while moving, it cuts out way before I stop

Vehicle jerks and vibrates when I'm driving at slow speeds or after I slow down.

The boot door malfunctions, when I close I need to close several times and eventually slam it shut.

All the above issues I was told "COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED".

I took the car after having to argue with them and with them saying I should drive with my phone and record so that the can have that as proof "Note: Its ******* to drive with a cellphone one hand".

A week after taking the car it started raining and the wiper blades were worn out and were never changed during the Service at WV Vereeniging, which made me question if my car was really inspected during the service. I had to fight for them to come and change my wipers after I had went back to the dealership and was told that they have "NO STOCK".

On the 15/01/2024, the jerking and vibrations got worse and occurred while I was driving and the EPC & engine light illuminated (engine light was flashing). I again called Roadside assistance which arranged for the car to be towed to a VW in Sasolburg as I had refused to taking my car back to Vereeniging.

On asking what is the issue why the EPC came on and the engine management light was flashing I am now told that it is "Misfiring problem with the injectors".

My new Car which i have only had from 30/03/2023 for 9 months is giving all the above issues which all seem to be one issue but I have been given 3 different diagnosis. 1. Software Update 2. "Could not be duplicated" - Meaning I was imagining the issues of my car 3. Misfiring problem with the injectors.

This car is a safety hazard, I drive with two small kids a 2 year old and a 8 year old while driving a car that switches off while I'm driving, a car that jerks while I'm driving, what am I to do???

VW I need answers because this car is UNSAFE and I dont feel like I am being assisted.
