********** car deal

I would really appreciate it if VW SA can solve my case.

In 2023 November I decided to trade in my 2022 polo vivo at Volkswagen Hartfield in Pretoria. The sales person told me that they are going to settle the polo vivo so that my deal for the brand new polo tsi life will go through. So that meant I have no shortfall from the previous car that I traded in, so on the OTP it should that there is no shortfall, but still they loaded a huge sum of money to the new deal, so meaning I'm married to the new car. I went to the dealership and speak to the manager, only to find out that the sales person that sold me the car he no longer works there, I have went to the manager with all the documents and showed her everything and still she have access to the file. I tried contacting vw SA but the customer care agent was rude to not listen to my query. So I need help to break through this case so that VW Hartfield can be able to take responsibility for what the sales person has done to the deal, I'm paying an installment of polo tsi R-line on a entry level polo tsi life. If possible to attach the OTP I can gladly do so.
