CAR DAMAGED DURING A SERVICE

I took my car in for a service at Brits Volkswagen and they spilled some solution on the controls of the aircon, the black Coker was coming out. I notified the manager and he was hostile and told me that I am taking chances he is not paying for anything but he could also see that the color was still coming out. My car was okay when I took in for a service. Now they are forcing me to pay for the damages caused by them.
