Car broke down and no transport

<p>I had a car breakdown and apparently it is the turbo. I have now waited for a week and have no car. The dealer says they have no courtesy car for me. My work things have stopped. There where issues with the delivery of the parts, and I am now suffering the consequeces of that. I didnt choose to take ma car to trisec autohaus. If I had the choice, I would have taken it to a dealer that will help with a courtesy car. I even bought my car from the same dealer, and they failing to make me a plan for a courtesy car. VW is frustrating at times. I cannot be blamed for a car deciding to break down. They car is new. FRUSTRATED AND DISSAPOINTED. Thanks for the bad experience.</p>
