car breaks down before 2 years

I bought a new car from these guys. it broke down before it can get to 2 years at 10000Ks . They stripped the car and concluded that clutch is damaged due to 'driving style' ie. i drive a company for for 3 years and never had a problem with it which means i am ridding on my clutch and not the company car. was slapped with R26000 bill. i reluctantly gave them a go ahead with fixing. after the clutch was installed they, they came back to me said the starter has needs to be replaced. guess what , an additional R14000. so i am sitting with bill of 40k.
