Car booked in for a service but was not service!!!

Yesterday, 29 April I booked my car in for a service at Umhlanga VW.<br> 1. Transport was not available to take me to work, which is 2km away from the dealership. I had to get a colleague to pick me up and give people a lift as well. <br> 2. Sunil calls me at 3:45 to tell me that my car will be ready at 4:15 it's in the \washer". I ask him if he is sure about this as I have to be on the other side of town at 5pm and therefore will need my car ready at 4:30 - SHOULD it not be ready. I don't mind fetching my car the next morning. Sunhil: No mam"
