Cant sort out a Polo GT suspention in a year

<p>In November 2015 I bought a new Polo vivo GT. I recivied it with 47km on the clock. From day one I had suspention problems. I went back to Bolkswagen Rustenburg branch and informed them about the problem. They first told me that all of the vivo's is behaving the same way. After that they stated that all vivo's are lower than the normal vivo's. That I allready knew as I did my homework before I bought. This went back and forward to the point where I went and did a shock test out of my pocket. The test showed all of the shocks is fine and in good working order. Afterwards me, my fiancé, Volkswagen Rustenburg's workshop maniger "Willie" and volkswagen's factory representitive "Katlego" took my Polo for a drive. We all heard the sound of the car bottoming out. There after we took another Polo GT that I sepose was in for a service and drove the same road with the other customers Polo GT(without him knowing about this). The car behaved totaly diffrent. Had no noise or even a feeling close to bottoming out. After the back and forward thing for a few months between VW Rustenburg refering me to VWSA and VWSA refering me back to my branch again... Eventualy we was told that the representitive was going to be at VW a sertan friday. I made my arangements to have the car at VW Rustenburg that spesific day. Late wednes day afternoon they told us that the meeting moved to the next day and I told them I wont be able to have the car at the dealership as I have a huge project running and aranged for friday. So thursday came and somehow I maniged to get the car at the dealer but wasn't in time to se "Katlego" the representitive. A few days later we recived a letter stating that the car was inspected and there was no defects found. Not satisfied with this I took the car to a Decra dealer for a technical test which stated in the precise words" Suspention hard in operation and tire noise when driving". I dorwarded this togheter with the letter from VW stating that the car was inspected and no defects found and added a few photos showing the way the tire wears to VWSA. After a week the representitive was at the Rustenburg branch again and we tried to see him and could't because soon after we reached the branch he left again. I called VWSA to try and get some kind of answer regarding the problem with the car and mentioned that the car is in 4250km now and we have to fit the 4th tyre now because of the issue with the suspention. The only answer I got from VWSA in return was that VW still sees the car without any defects and wont do any further repairs to the car.</p>
