CANT CANCEL A ORDER FOR AN ITEM I HAVEN'T EVEN COLLECTED FROM SPARES

<p>I visited VW in Soweto on the 9th May to get a Griller for my car since I'm doing a few repairs and replacements on it since I'll be selling it. Over the weekend my boyfriend took it to get a some items and eventually bought the Griller and had it inserted there and then. I had paid for the one from VW but didn't collect it. I called today and spoke to Reggie from parts who advised I cannot get a refund because item is less than R500? I was not told about this, none of the terms were explained or mentioned to me prior to my purchase. He suggested I keep it as a spare part but how will I do that seeing the xar will be sold in a few weeks. Do I not have the right to shop around for items from different suppliers and do I not have a to return goods/ request a refund for an item I no longer require. These are unreasonable terms that I'm only being told now about. Please could someone assist with this as I really no longer require this Griller and just ask for my money back. ********** . The time it's going to take to log a dispute with Consumer complaints (NCC) is really unncessary. </p>
