Cambelt service not done at 120k

I bought a 2nd hand car from VW Braamfontein. Master cars promise is that all cars sold has a full service history. I was told the car has a full service history when i bought it. Only to find out that the car only had a oil change on 120k service. Is this not a cambelt service?? Am i wrong in saying that the cambelt should have been replaced atleast by then?? Is this car sold without a full service history???
