Call drop from a dealer manager

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer last year on the 30th of June, service was okay but not perfect- i rated the sales guy 87% and it was an issue according to him.

I was advised by the financial guy Zuko of a shortfall and i will be paying about hundred and twenty rand on top of my installment. The unfortunate i was involved in an accident after eleven days of purchase. I called the dealer and Zuko gave me a number to call for the shortfall, when i called they advised i do not have a shortfall. I when back to Zuko and he came up with a story that i was declined for a shortfall. This did not make any sense, i had to pay sixty thousand of of my pocket. Dealer people play with words and they always right, which is so stressful.

I referred my colleague to this guy as he was sweet and helpful towards my sale. My colleague purchased a car in October and i was promised of a referral amount of one thousand rand. Months went past and when i asked John the sales guy he kept on promising that the amount will send through my bank by the end of month. Month end past and still no amount sent, i called john and he choice to say i badly rated him on my sale. My question was, " what does my sale have to do with my colleagues" John said he will speak to his manager.

John kept quit until on the 21st of December i went to the dealer and the manager apologised for the inconvenient caused. The dealer manager was so helpful and he even gave me the number plates i was expecting from John. Yesterday i called the dealer, asked to speak to dealer manager and i was advised his on holiday till next week Tuesday. Yesterday i advised that the manager is on holiday but Brilliant is the person in charge currently. I was promised that he will call but that was unsuccessful. Today i called the dealer, spoke to Thandeka and i asked to speak to Brilliant, i spoke to Brilliant and he could not even give me a chance to speak. His direct words was " the FCI was not good and you made a deal with John. We do not run a charity case , you will not get money"! i was so shocked that a dealer manager would speak to a customer like that and dropped the phone on me. That is not good customer service, it was the first time i spoke to Brilliant but he was so rude and he spoiled my day. I called back and he still dropped the line once he heard my voice.

I am glad that i have call recorder so everyone can hear on how he spoke to me. I demand the one thousand rand which i was promised from John.
