Bumoer strip for a POLO Sedan 1.6 2023,

I bought a car at VW Eastrand Mall Motus Lindsay Saker, POLO 1.6 SEDAN 2023, last year November, it didn't have a bumper strip on the front, and the salesman by the name of Jan De Kock, refused when I told him until I sent him a clear photo of a vehicle during collection to prove him wrong, He agreed and promised me that I will get the strip end of December since then when I ask he always says the strip is coming from America and there is no exact date on when am I going to get it. I feel like now I'm being made a fool and I'm not taken seriously as a client furthermore I'm the one who always make calls and inquire He never bother to update me on this matter
