Breach of Contract

Good day <br> <br> I had entered into a contract with VW Strydompark which I feel was a misrepresentation of facts.<br> <br> When I made the application I was advised that the vehicle has a motor plan however when I went to collect it on the 11 April 2014 only then was I told that its a DEMO with 7000 KM. I was assured by Marriana financial manager that the plan will be added once I submit three payslips from then.<br> <br> In August I sent her an email with the attachments but my request was never honoured, I informed the dealer principal Mr Willkins and he also failed. Instead I was told to apply for the plan with ABSA which would cost an extra R10 000 on my debt. <br> <br> I feel I was unfairly treated as I am paying installments of a 'new car' in addition I pay for the service. I need to know what my rights are on this. I also noticed that there is also a residual of R40 000 plus as a final payment. that was not discussed prior entering into the agreement, I had however signed.<br> <br> I believe that this sale was deliberate as the dealer has played with my emotions and being a woman they felt they could get away with this. If I was given all the facts about the car I would not have signed!!<br> <br> Regards<br> Jane
