Brand new VW polo Vivo screen gives trouble after just a few months of purchase

I bought a Brand New Volkswagen Polo Vivo, and just after about five months it already gave me trouble. The one day my screen in front(radio-screen) was working fine and the other day it just went black, and did not want to come on. I took the car to my nearest VW dealership to get it checked out, afterwards they refused to give me a printout on exactly what was wrong, why a brand new car is giving problems after just a few months of purchase despite the fact of me taking good car of it. I spoke to the person at the VW dealership asking him to ensure me that I will not encounter the same problem again, but he said he can not ensure me.I sent an email to *** stating that I am highly unsatisfied about this, but they were not interested in helping me resolve the issue. The lady at *** just stated that That's the reason there is a guarantee on the car for incase it gives trouble in the first few months of purchase. I have never heard of any brand new car of any other make that gives trouble just after a few months of purchase. How am I suppose to trust the car after it giving trouble so soon after purchase? Does this say something regarding the quality of my car? Why does the dealership not want to issue me a report on what went wrong with the screen? Am I suppose to recommend VW to friends and family after this? Is it recommended to also write a review on all social media platforms? I would give a MINUS stars for VW if it woul have been possible since the lady from *** did not even try to accomodate me and resolving the issue
