brand new VW AMAROK breaks squeaking

So I have a bought a 2015 vw amarok near the end of 2015 from a vw branch. At about 10 000km the breaks started to make a squeaking noise. I have spoken to them many times and they claim it's ware and tear at 10 000km on a brand new van the breaks squeaking is normal and I should pay to fix it ? I have even spoken to vw south africa. Is this the kind of customer service one should expect, I am absolutely disgusted by this. I will never buy a vw again
