BRAND NEW POLO VIVO

We bought a brand new vehicle from this branch. We then reported rattles and noises in the vehicle. There is also a knocking noise underneath the vehicle. We then took it for testing at the branch and advised everything is fine on the vehicle. We still heard all the noises and knock sound, took the management team for a test drive. They then advised that they will be calling me the Monday to arrange to drop off a courtesy car and collect this one, I did not receive any call until I called today to follow up. The salesman advised that he would call back. Which he did. Advised that I should bring the car on Wednesday for them to put CUSHION on the winders to stop the noises. How can one be accepting a cushion in a brand new car? This is not supposed to be happening!!! Very disappointed and would like them to collect their car and give my money back!
