Brand New Golf 7 With Mechanical Problems

I had an unpleasant experience with regards to getting a replacement vehicle or a loaned vehicle from Volkswagen Newcastle in KwaZulu Natal. I bought my car brand new from them in August 2017. The car has not even reached 16000 kilometres, it went in for its first service not more than four weeks ago, but its already giving problems. I feel very disappointed as this is not a pre-owned vehicle but a new one. It is a Golf 7 2017 model, the dealership tells me that it has a throttle problem, but nobody is explaining to me are they going to replace it or a certain part of the throttle. Besides that I have a concern that the vehicle was fine before it was serviced, and the fact that I am afraid it will give me more problems going forward. Instead of the dealership keeping me posted about the time frame it will take for the car to be fixed, I have to keep on calling them myself.

With regards to not getting a courtesy car that I can use to and from work I am very disappointed. A lady that I spoke to told me I cannot access one as none are available, how come because I bought the car because I have a use for it, and if it has mechanical problems while it is new it is not my problem. Volkswagen head office should be keeping tabs on their franchises as because some may destroyed their brand. My first car was a Citi Golf that I purchased from VW Mastercars, I decided to buy a brand new car for my upgrade because I had thought I would not have any problems. At least no I know that I will never be doing business with this company ever again!
