Brand New Car With Faulty Radio and VW Refusing to fix it

<p>I bought a brand new VW Polo Hatchback on the 16 January 2014 from VW Menlyn branch and on the 28 February 2014 the CD and Aux did not wanna play and the radio had a funny running noise every second. On the 07th March 2014 VW Menlyn fixed my radio and informed me that they have installed a brand new radio.</p> <p> </p> <p>Last week I experience the same problem and called VW Menlyn, they gave me running around not wanting to assist me and promised to call me and todate I still have not received their phone call and my radio is still faulty.</p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>Mandisa</p>
