BRAND NEW 2015 VIVO NIGHTMARE

I have bought a brand new 2015 polo vivo march 2015, after a week of having the car there was a terrible smell in the car and a knocking noise from the under , gears were getting stuck , wiper were noisey + rattle in the dash , I called the dealer and they advised that they will collected the car in a few days due to them not having a courtesy car . they advised that all was fixed and the car was send back to me . After 3 weeks of Purchasing the knocking noise was still there and was getting louder , the car was at the dealer for almost 7 days , I called VWSA they had a conference call with the dealer , they advised that I should take the car back and if anything is wrong they will issue me with a new one , 4 weeks later - I notice frost growing in the drivers head light , called they dealer and they advised that's a common problem , I do not want this car back as it feels like I am driving a second hand car , VWSA and the dealer do not want to confirm anything in writing nor reply to my mails or give the recording were they state that if anything else is wrong they will provide a new car no question asked . They still want to arrange a meeting etc , I am tired of this .
