Branch manager at VW soweto swore at me instead of solving my complaint

On Friday the 3rd of March 2017, I took my car for 75 000km service at my usual dealer/servicer VW Soweto. I then realised that my service book was not updated and I contacted the branch on Monday the 6th I contacted VW to notify them that they have not updated my service book, a lady that i spoke said to me that she will look into the matter and get back to me and she did not. i then called again on Thursday and requested to speak to the service manager who also did not see an urgency or concern in my complaint as I had been waiting since Monday for them the get back at me. The service manager said that she will make a plan for someone to come through my work to update my book either the same day if not the following day. I then told the manager that I will not have my car with me on the following day may I please ask that this is done today, which she agreed on.

A VW employee was then sent to my work to update my book, I then realised that the service that was done to my car was oil change. To my surprise, confusion and disappointment i immediately called the branch to complain about the service done on my car. I expressed how I felt ****** and requested my money back as I was not happy with the service. The service department manager confirmed that she cannot help me with regards to refunding me my money as they have done the job. I then requested to speak to someone higher than her which would be the branch manager as she was not available and was promised that she would give me a call first thing the following day. I had not received a call from the branch manager and I decided to call them myself and we spoke and I expressed my dissatisfaction with the reasons why, and requested a refund as I told her I cannot pay for that service. She told me she cannot refund me as they have done the job and I then requested that she gives me contact details of the person she reports to as I am still not happy with the response. She told me that she will email them to me which she did and we ended the conversation and said our goodbyes.

Her thinking that I have dropped the call on my side she then said “uyahlanya lo” and then she dropped the phone. After hearing her say this it made me feel soooo degraded, disrespected, unappreciated, unworthy and undermined at VW

So my questions are:

Is this how VW management handles complaints and treat their clients?

Can I trust VW to provide me with the best reliable service for my car that is their brand?
