Brakes not working after Battery Replaced

On the 3rd October 2015, my car went to the dealer for the battery. the car had to go through a 8/24 hour battery test before it could be diagnosed as a battery replacement under warranty. On the 6th October 2015 my battery was replaced. on the 6th after collecting my car while driving home after 17:00 and the 7th October on the way to work, I noticed that as soon as I remove my leg from the brakes the car starts and disconnects the brakes, that was never the case before. My car has been to the dealers already 3 times for different reasons:<br> 15.08.2015 - tech wendel bulb replaced<br> 25.09.2015 - left side bulb replaced<br> 06.10.2015 - Battery replaced<br> <br> NOW: the BRAKES don't operate as it should and nor does the right drivers side windows. the windows does not open on a push, I have to hold the control down for the window to open. it is now opening manually.<br>
