bought a polo vivo street and wasn't informed it didnt have rear speakers

Sales man "Evan" was so quick to make a sale and took advantage of my excitement for a knew car that he didn't bother explaining the rear doors had ****/****y speakers. He says I should have checked the car to make sure everything is there but, can one really check speakers if all the four doors looks to all have speakers.
